We as cat
lovers also have numerous "permanent residents" who are not
up for adoption but who live at our facilities. Below are pictures of
some of them. Enjoy!

This is Harry.
He was found on the grounds of the University of the South shortly before
Jane's graduation in 2001. As she was unable to locate his owner, she
took him back home to Florida with her after graduation. Since then
Harry has lived with Jane's mom, Sandy, who brought Harry with her to
Georgia back in 2005. Harry is approximately 14 years old.

This is Daddy Cat. Daddy weighs over 15lbs, and prior to Jane's
arrival in his neighborhood, he spent his days populating said 'hood
with large black and white kittens. Once he was fixed, he quickly became
a fan of domestic life, and now loves nothing more than to snuggle with
Jane. He is probably about 7 years old.
This is Sparky. He also weighs over 15lbs, and we believe that
Daddy Cat was his father. Sparky is about 3 years old. He lives at Sandy's
house, and he loves to snuggle with her and with all her other kitties,
too!

This is Alley Cat. She, too, lived as a stray cat in Jane's neighborhood
before Jane purchased her house. After getting Alley fixed, Sandy was
able to find her a good loving home... unfortunately, Alley ran away
from her new owners, and several months later reappeared at Jane's house!
After that, they decided that Alley was meant to stay.

This is Dusty. He and his two sisters Tuffy (below) and Lefty
were found by Sandy as kittens on the grounds of Lake City Community
College in Florida back in 2000.

This is Tuffy. She, her sister Lefty and brother Dusty (above)
were found by Sandy as kittens on the grounds of Lake City Community
College in Florida back in 2000.
Bagira
(left) and Heelix (right) both came from the country of Kyrgyzstan,
where Jane lived for most of 2008. They have adapted well to life here
in the US!
